Reward points earned in a rolling 12-month window decide your tier. Cross a tier's earn threshold and that tier is yours — no forms, no applications.
02 — Keep it
Each tier has a gentler maintain threshold — shown on every card above — so an off year doesn't erase your standing. Stay above it and the tier stays yours for the next window.
03 — Heritage
Hold one of the top tiers for five consecutive years and it locks permanently. Heritage status is never demoted — the ladder's quiet acknowledgement of a long association.
