Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the ZFORB website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services. We may modify these Terms at any time; material changes will be communicated on this page and will take effect when posted.
2. Introduction & Corporate Identity
ZFORB is more than a booking platform; it is a global lifestyle ecosystem designed for those who refuse to compromise on the quality of their time. Our mission is to give members true travel freedom through premium hotel bookings, long‑term memberships, StayPass subscriptions and curated experiences. Travel discipline is a necessity, not a luxury. When you join ZFORB, you enter a community committed to turning periodic escapes into a lifelong ritual.
ZFORB International FZCO (Dubai) and ZFORB International Private Limited (India) (together “ZFORB”) operate the ZFORB platform. We act solely as a technology intermediary connecting members to independent hotels, resorts, airlines and experience providers. We do not own, manage or operate any hotels, aircraft or travel services.
Nature of Service
• No ownership: ZFORB does not own or operate hotels or travel services.
• The contract: When you make a booking, your contract is directly with the hotel or supplier. ZFORB is responsible only for transmitting your booking and processing your payment.
• Liability: ZFORB is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, warranties or negligence of any supplier. We are also not responsible for personal injuries, property damage or other losses resulting from supplier acts.
ZFORB International FZCO (Dubai) and ZFORB International Private Limited (India) (together “ZFORB”) operate a technology platform that allows members to book hotel stays, curated experiences and other hospitality services. ZFORB acts solely as an intermediary between members and the underlying suppliers. We do not operate hotels, provide travel services directly or offer any form of stored‑value wallet. Points and UVUs issued by ZFORB are promotional units with no monetary value; they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. By creating an account or making a purchase you confirm that you meet these requirements. You may not use our platform if it is prohibited by local law or if we have previously terminated your account.
4. Use of the Platform & Prohibited Acts
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and when booking services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to:
• circumvent or tamper with our systems, security controls or booking processes;
• resell or transfer your membership, nights or promotional entitlements without our prior written consent;
• use our services for unlawful purposes, including gambling or money‑laundering;
• upload malicious code, transmit spam or otherwise interfere with the experience of other users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect fraud, abuse or violation of these Terms. Unused nights, points or UVUs may be forfeited upon termination.
Friendly Fraud and Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback for a valid transaction without first contacting support (“friendly fraud”) is strictly prohibited. If you file a chargeback without engaging ZFORB support, your account will be suspended immediately and all memberships, Points, UVUs and entitlements may be permanently forfeited. We take chargeback fraud seriously and will provide evidence to payment processors to contest such disputes.
5. Products and Memberships
Hotel bookings
Hotel reservations are subject to the cancellation and refund policy of the hotel. Some rates are fully refundable, others may be partially refundable or completely non‑refundable. Prices are dynamic and are not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed.
Membership packages
Membership packages grant you a fixed number of nights and other benefits for a multi‑year term. Membership fees are non‑refundable once you activate the membership or use any benefits. Unused nights expire at the end of the membership term and do not roll over.
Entitlements & Validity
Holiday entitlements (e.g., nights) are issued annually and are valid for exactly 12 months from the date of issuance. Travel discipline is at the core of our philosophy — use it or lose it. Unused nights expire and cannot be reinstated or carried forward.
StayPass and curated experiences
StayPass subscriptions and curated experiences are single‑use packages designed for specific dates or activities. They are non‑refundable once purchased. Availability is subject to our partners and may vary.
Points and UVUs
Points, UVUs and other promotional credits are not legal tender and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid only for eligible ZFORB bookings and expire in accordance with your membership plan.
Curated Experiences
ZFORB may offer curated experiences that require participants to meet transparent, objective criteria. These programs are not lotteries, sweepstakes or games of chance. Selection is based on merit, and no cash prizes are awarded. Participation fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Product Rules & Entitlements
6.1 Hotel Bookings, Memberships, StayPass and Curated Experiences follow the rules set out in our Payment & Refund Policy and Product Terms.
6.2 Dynamic Pricing & Availability
Hotel rates and availability are controlled exclusively by third-party suppliers and fluctuate in real time. ZFORB does not guarantee any specific property, date, or rate will remain within your membership’s indicative budget. If the rate exceeds your budget, you may choose alternative dates/destinations or pay the difference immediately.
6.3 Additional Charges & Payment Responsibility
Resort fees, taxes, extra-person charges, currency-conversion differences, and gateway fees are your responsibility and may be charged separately. ZFORB is not liable for bank-imposed FX rates or processor delays.
6.4 Check-in & Property Rules
You must present government-issued photo ID matching the reservation name. You agree to comply with all hotel policies (occupancy limits, no-smoking, pets, etc.). Extra-bed or early/late check-in fees are payable directly to the hotel.
6.5 Dispute Resolution & Arbitration (where permitted)
Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably via support@zforb.com. If unresolved within 30 days: • India users in India: binding arbitration in Mohali under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 • all other users: binding arbitration in Dubai under DIAC rules. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. User Conduct & "Friendly Fraud" Zero Tolerance
User/You agree strictly NOT to:
1. Make speculative or fraudulent bookings.
2. Engage in "Friendly Fraud" (filing a chargeback for a valid, delivered service).
THE "KILL-SWITCH" CLAUSE: Filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank without first contacting ZFORB Support (support@zforb.com) is considered a Material Breach of these Terms. Consequence: In such events, ZFORB reserves the right to immediately suspend your account and permanently forfeit all accumulated Points, UVUs, Memberships, and future Entitlements.
8. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed through authorised third‑party payment gateways. We do not store full card details and rely on tokenised payments with strong customer authentication. Refunds, where permitted, are credited back to the original payment method in accordance with our Payment & Refund Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and app, including trademarks, logos, graphics and text, is owned by ZFORB or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any content without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
ZFORB is not responsible for the acts, omissions or service quality of hotels, experience providers or payment processors. We do not guarantee availability or uninterrupted access to our platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to us for the relevant booking or membership. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZFORB and its affiliates from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates for users located in the Middle East and by Indian law for users located in India. You agree that any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Dubai or Mohali, respectively.
Mandatory Local Laws Prevail
Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence. If a provision of these Terms conflicts with non‑waivable local laws, those local laws will apply to the extent of the conflict.
Force Majeure
ZFORB will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, labour disputes, pandemics, supplier failures or telecommunications breakdowns.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

These entities (collectively, “ZFORB”) operate the ZFORB platform and are responsible for the services provided through our website and mobile application.
Regulatory Compliance
ZFORB acts solely as a booking intermediary; we do not operate hotels or provide financial services. We comply with the RBI’s Payment Aggregator and PPI regulations by returning refunds to the original payment method and by not storing customer funds. We comply with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act/Rules by providing clear, independent privacy notices and implementing robust security safeguards. We comply with the UAE PDPL by respecting data subject rights and adopting principles of fair, transparent and lawful processing.
If you are a resident of California, you may have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to opt out of the “sale” of personal information. ZFORB does not sell personal information for monetary value, but you can exercise your rights by emailing privacy@zforb.com with the subject “CCPA Request.”
Intellectual Property
ZFORB, the ZFORB logo and any related names or slogans are trademarks of ZFORB International FZCO or its affiliates. Other product and company names mentioned may be trademarks of their respective owners. All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons and software, is the property of ZFORB or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
